Cheerleading Program

This is the third year for the BMFL Cheerleading Program which is coached by Jenn Weisenburger. Assistant coaches are members from St. Mary’s HS & University Cheer teams. Jenn is the St. Mary’s Central High School Cheer & Dance Team Coach, The University of Mary Cheer & Dance Team Coach and the Bismarck South Just For Kix Dance Program Director. She brings over 20 years of experience in cheerleading and dance. During her coaching career, her teams have won numerous Spirit Awards & National Cheerleading Association (NCA) Superior Team awards. She was named the 2001 & 2008 NDADD (North Dakota Association of Dance and Drill) “Coach of the Year”. She is the current President of NDCCA (North Dakota Cheer Coaches Association).


Jenn has worked with a wide variety of cheerleaders/dancers ranging from pre-school through adults. She is an NCA & ND Stunt Certified Coach who is also CPR/First Aid Certified.


BMFL cheerleaders will learn the fundamentals of cheerleading, teamwork and sportsmanship. They cheer for all BMFL football games and will cheer at a local high school football game during half-time. The most important things they’ll learn is that cheerleading is a great sport and a lot of fun!
